Dear Madison,
I can't believe how big you are getting! You have been watching sister do gymnastics from the lobby since you were born. The teacher, Miss Shaina, eventually took pity on you and let you come in during free time to run around and play. Well that, little girl, is history becuase now you are in the mommy and me gymnastics class! Your very first class was June 16, 2010. Since then you have been a super star on the trampoline, bars and beam! You especially love the bars and the trampoline. It is so fun to watch you learn something new, like taking turns :) Gymanstics suits your personality and definitely gives you an outlet to be brave and try new things out (which you LOVE)!

Dear Kaylynn,
You announced awhile back that you wanted to be a ballerina. You adore dancing of all kind and love how pretty ballerinas are. You finally decided that you were ready to move on from your gymnastics class and wanted to try dancing out. Mommy had a really hard time with this. Maybe it's because we had made truly wonderful friends throughout your experiences at Tumble Time. Maybe it's because Miss Shaina had been your teacher for a few years and knew you so well. For example, she knew that you loved to get the purple square to sit on and often got upset when it was already taken. So on days where we were running late Miss Shaina would intentionallly save that square for you. Or maybe, just maybe, mommy was sad because we have been doing gymnastics since you were about 16 months old. You are growing up too fast! And while I love watching you experience new things I had a hard time letting gymnastics go. (Mommy got over this by enrolling your sister in mommy and me gymnastics hehe :) Now, onto ballet. We enrolled you in a community education class to see if you liked it...we were wrong, you LOVED it! You love the shoes, you love the leotard,and you really really wanted a tutu! You love twirling and skipping and dancing on your tip toes! You had so much fun that mommy is trying to find a ballet studio for you to start new classes in. I am glad you love to try new things, you are so brave when it comes to meeting new friends! You are my princess through and through!

How sweet! I can't even imagine how hard it is to see your cute little girls grow up!
A couple of my friends in my ward take their girls to the Pat Harris studio that is around Fairview & Cole. I just met the teacher for ballet last night, and she is super nice. You might check that out.

These girls are so cute! My favorite part about Madison's picture is her cute baby roll on her leg :)
How cute! I love gymnastics too! Lily has been in mommy in me, but in the fall she will be in a calss just for little girls (no moms allowed) I am excited and sad at the same time. She will be starting dance when she turns 4 because her aunt teaches it, but I love the gymnastics program so much!!!! We have some really nice dance programs through the community college in MD...I wonder if they have similar programs out there?
