Kaylynn says the funniest things!

I was cleaning out my purse the other day and Kaylynn found an old starburst and asked to eat it.  I was feeling generous so I said sure but it's a choking hazard so mommy needs to help you.  About halfway through the starburst she says, "Mmmm, this choking hazard be GOOOOD!".  Haha, I laughed so hard!  And then when she finished she said, "I ate that choking hazard all gone!"  So if Starburst ever needs a new tag line they are more than welcome to use Kaylynn's although "choking hazard" probably isn't the best name for a piece of fruity yumminess!

Madison's BBQ!

We decided to have a BBQ for Madison.  We wanted everyone to meet her and to celebrate the beautiful miracle that she is.  We invited all of our friends and family, some of Chad's volleyball team and their families came, we had ward members there too.  It was a great night to visit and eat!
Isn't this an amazing cake!  I was blown away.  One of the sisters in our ward is very talented and she made the cake for us.
I made matching shirts for the girls, Kaylynn's says "Big Sister" and Madison's says "Little Sister"  They looked so cute.
Kaylynn loved her raspberry lemonade.  She had so much fun playing with all the kids that came.  She is our little social butterfly!
This was the best we could do for a family photo.  Kaylynn did NOT want her picture taken!
Tammy, Collette and I posing for a picture.  We used to be roommates!  We always had a ton of fun.  But we missed our Megs (our other roommate).  It is so wierd to think that we all have families now.

We had SO much fun.  It was truly wonderful to have so many people that mean so much to us all together visiting and having a good time.  We are truly blessed with an amazing family and wonderful friends.  So thank you everyone for welcoming Madison here with us!

Random Cuteness!

Do you like Chad's hat???
Shortly after Madison was born Kaylynn experienced her first candy necklace.  Needless to say it was a hit!  Also notice the stamps on her hands, they are from her gymnastics class which she absolutely LOVES!!!
Thanks to everyone who were kind enough to give Madison some fun new things.  And especially thanks to everyone who remembered her older sister Kaylynn too.  Kaylynn got some fun things, this Cinderella hoodie was from my aunt and Kaylynn adores it!!!
This just cracks me up!!!  She is asleep with prayer hands and sticking her lil tushie out! Ha ha!

Madison's Blessing Day

On Sunday, Sept 7, 2008 Madison was given a name and a blessing. My Grandpa E. and my brother Ben came up from Utah. The blessing was beautiful. I am so grateful for my wonderful little family. Kaylynn and Madison are so precious to us and we feel so blessed that our Heavenly Father has sent such sweet spirits into our home. My mom made Madison's Blessing dress, it turned out gorgeous!
Madison hanging out with her Great Grandpa E. on Sunday morning.
Isn't she just precious!
Her dress was made out of eyelet fabric so the bottom had flowers on it.
This one makes me laugh! Attack of the bow!
