Goodies That I found...

On my mom's camera! Lucky for me she hasn't erased her SD card since this summer!

Yum! Doesn't this just make your mouth water! Maybe not but those beautiful blue eyes do!

On our vacation this summer (for Ben and Megan's wedding).

Opening presents after Ben and Megan's open house here.  Kaylynn was determined to get that bag over to them so they could open it! It was big and heavy! Such a strong girl!

Madison's birthday:  I don't know why I spent all that time trying to put that stroller together, clearly she enjoyed playing with the parts all by themselves!

Eating cake is hard work...I need a drink!

At Cloey's party, eventually Madison gave up trying to step on the water and opted to walk around it.

This was how Kaylynn went under every time!

At Autumn's birthday party, Madison walked around with the blow up lion most of the night. It was so funny to watch the back end of a lion coming at you with these little pink legs!

After all the effort put into making a gingerbread house who wants to wait to enjoy it!
Well that is last of the 2009 posts.  We hope that 2010 brings happiness and love to all of you!

Just Keep Scrolling!!

So I was able to download pictures from my mom's camera and mix it with a few pictures that were in the right format from mine and well the end product is a whole lot of posts! So just keep scrolling down...

Best Friends really are the BEST!

This year Kaylynn really wanted to have a friend birthday party, but her birthday fell right in the middle of finals week and Christmas is the week after.  So instead of a party we took Kaylynn and her best friend Kate to go see The Princess and the Frog.  They loved it and had so much fun!

This is a post that I have been wanting to do for awhile and I thought it would go well with Kaylynn and Kate at the movies post so here is a bonus.

Kate and Kaylynn are self proclaimed best friends and have been for about a year and a half now.  I know that life keeps us moving and they most likely won't be best friends all through school, but I am so glad that Kaylynn has such great taste in friends! Kate is sweet and fun little girl and we as a family lover her and her family!  We couldn't have asked for a better first best friend for Kaylynn! They fight and love each other like sisters.  They have gotten in trouble for hugging each other all they way to the floor in primary, they chase each other around in gymnastics and they have to sit by each other in preschool!

They decided to make it official in the summer of 2008 with best friend necklaces! Thanks Kate, Kaylynn keeps hers safe in mommy's jewelry box when she isn't wearing it!

Christmas Morning!

Heading downstairs to see what Santa brought!

WOW, Kaylynn was good this year but Santa really spoiled her! A Sleeping Beauty Vanity and a Cinderella dress!!!

Madison got a ball popper that she LOVES! (and so do the rest of us, even Chad and I find it fascinating!)

Grandma Sparks got the girls matching bears and they are very loved!

Nana made the girls the cute pillows with their names on them, I wish I had a better picture because they turned out darling!

Nana and Papa got Madison a slide, how fun!

The aftermath! Our girls were definitely spoiled and we are very grateful to some family members who made sure our girls had a great Christmas!

Kaylynn's Birthday Festivities

On Kaylynn's actual birthday we had a little party with just my parents and us.  She got some really fun things: A princess castle and princesses to go in it, a TAG reader which she loves, and a new Book Of Mormon and a homemade scripture tote.

The Sunday before her birthday we had a big family party and Kaylynn was excited because she got to share her birthday party with my cousin Tyler who was turning 6! So we had a Princess/Sports cupcake party and it was a hit!

It took Kaylynn about 5 tries to blow her candles out, but she did it herself! Tyler was a pro though and blew his out on his first shot!

We did a cupcake bar and let our guests decorate their own cupcakes with lots of frosting, sprinkles and candy! I can't believe my baby is FOUR! She is such sweet, loving, funny, confident, beautiful girl! We feel blessed to have her in our lives!

Christmas Decor

I love getting the house all set up for Christmas.  We did it all as a family and we all had a blast!

Stay Tuned...

So we had to send our main computer in to HP and won't be getting it back for a couple of weeks. Before we did that we saved all our pictures onto our external hardrive so that I could continue to do the massive amounts of postings that I had planned. What we neglected to do was make sure that all the pics were in jpeg format (when we use our dslr we take the pics in raw...Chad understands all this...) and the only computer that has the photoshop that can read raw is currently (and hopefully) being fixed. SOOO stay tuned in a week or two there will be more posts than you will want to read! (I am going to see what my mom has on her camera though...I am itching to post about all our Christmas and birthday fun!!!!)
