My Very First...

Digital Scrapbook page!!! (notice I said page...not spread).  I am still getting used to it and it took forever! I am hoping it will get easier the more I do it.  And the best part is I did it for FREE! We already have Photoshop and a friend told me about a great website that you can dowload pages and tons of fun things for free, www.shabbyprincess.com!  So all I have to do is pay for printing (Costco prints in 12X12!!!) And now instead of creating duplicate pages for me and for my girls scrapbooks I can just print 2 pages!  I am excited about this new adventure! I decided to kind of do it backwards and work from my most recent pictures to the least recent! Wish me luck! (and thanks Katie for all your help!)

It looks great! It does get easier and easier the more you do it. But the first few will be exhausting! I love digital scrapbooking because it is cheaper, printing is about a dollar per page! THATS IT!! And for Brooklyn's scrapbook I did hers in a 8x8, and so I just printed on an 11x17 and so I got my two pages (layout) for a buck! You can't beat that!!! Good luck in your scraping adventures!

When we were in Idaho I got them printed at Quick,Ship and Copy. I loved them because if you printed 10 pages,25 pages, etc. you got a discount. So I would just bulk up and then buy it. Now the only place that I know of is staples. I didn't know costco printed, I will have to check that out. I know at staples if you bring in your old cartridges, they give you 3 dollars store credit. I'm just trying to find an even cheaper way to print. haha.
